Summary: The analysis of the extraterritorial applicability of judgments handed down in contentious civil action proceedings, non-contentious proceedings and provisional and precautionary measures, court settlements, arbitration awards and authentic instruments within the context and framework of Regulation 650/2012 are analysed and discussed in this text, as well as its registration in the Spanish Property Register. Finally, given the relevance of the European Succession Certificate and its characteristics as a basic document in respect of the disposition of successions in Europe is analysed.
