Vulneración del honor y la propia imagen de una persona con discapacidad, por nulidad del consentimiento otorgado para aparecer en un programa televisivo de carácter humorístico. Comentario a la STC 208/2013, de 16 de diciembre (RTC 2013, 208).

The consent of a disabled person in order to appear in a humoristic TV program, in which his disabilities are an object of joke, has to be considered invalid. Therefore, this TV broadcast constitutes an infringement of the rights to honor and self-image.
