Sumario: With the evolution of contract law, it is not possible to further explore the binding relationships from a unilateral perspective, as has been proposed for the structure of the civil codes of the nineteenth century. In addition, if this evolution of the interest of the parties is discussed, the economic interest is shown as mediate almost all obligations and should be studied as much as the other interests involved, to the effective economic results can allow good traffi c merchant in property relationships. This study seeks to answer if is possible, based on the new concept of breach, to use contractual remedies to correct an economic disadvantage.
