In the embodiment of the institutional vision declared in Institutional Educative Project (PEI- Spanish initials), little
progress has been made in the descent of the process, in terms of educational activities that facilitate students acquire
knowledge. The investigation was proposed as a general objective to analyze the dynamics and pedagogical strategies
used by higher education institutions in the Colombian Caribbean Region in legal education as a research opportunity.
This aim answers the question: What is the pedagogical dynamics legal education in institutions of higher education in
the Colombian Caribbean region?
One of the specific objectives was to think about the justifications for the institutions that propose the use of pedagogical
strategies in teaching law in the Caribbean Region of Colombia. The methodological approach is as follows: bibliographic
information retrieval or secondary source, and primary data collection source. Processings: processing and analysis of
information through qualitative techniques. The main conclusion reached in the study establishes that training lawyers in
the position to apply didactic and pedagogical tools anarchic and inconsistently different from the principles that have been
placed in the pedagogical model is observed. |
