Consequently, as well as because of lacking popular representativeness and Constitutional commitment from the Legislative and the Executive Powers, the Judicial Power´s performance draws attention to its public policies realization, which lead to Constitutional and International Treaty based human rights concretization and, therefore, disrupts juridic positivism inherent abstract discussions.
