Also, it attempts to highlight reflection of state sovereignty and the role of the security forces in their fight for control and territorial order in the region, in collaboration with the community.Dispone el artículo 216 de la Constitución Política de Colombia �Todos los colombianos están obligados a tomar las armas cuando las necesidades públicas lo exijan para defender la independencia nacional y las instituciones públicas�. Recordar el desplazamiento es tener presente la ola de terror vivida en toda Colombia y en especial en la zona de los Montes de María.
