Sumario: One issue that the doctrine has been echoed in the framework of criminal investigations is the so-called "chance discoveries" for when the results are evidence arising from the implementation of certain measures aimed at first to research a particular crime, but which are elements that establish the existence of another offense different or the affecting to a non-initially investigated. The emergence of new crimes in the course of the investigation of a criminal act, not included in the judicial resolution of these restrictive measures enabling rights, raises the question whether evidence should be given real value to this unexpected result or whether the conversely, the fact that the finding does not correspond with the original purpose of the measure, depriving him of proving efficacy in relation to crime and discovered incidentally.
