Los protocolos notariales constituyeron la fuente directa o primaria donde abrevamos y los resultados obtenidos están expuestos de manera cuali-cuantitativa como lo demuestran los cuadros numéricos intercalados en el texto.The first part of this investigation was published in the Electronic Review, Year 1 - Nº 2, 2008. In this work, we approach, with the same methodology, to the testamentary subjects (testators, legatees, heirs and executors) pointing out, in lathe of them, the survival of the tradition and the impact of the Nineteenth century renovation.
