Laburpena: This article analize the experiences for the construction of international criminal justice which they built and added the main factors of competition serve basis today for the reality depicted in the International Criminal Court since the courts at Nuremberg and Tokyo. Through this paper is intended to show that before addressing the question of contemporary admissibility before the ICC, it is important to know as their bases have been built and where become its main institutions.
