One year after the promulgation of Law 1448 of 2011,, established by the present government in accordance with the projected goals, are scarcely a reality, Accordingly the government established various qualifications that do not take into account the difficulties that the victims encounter within the framework of an Armed conflict.El trabajo que a continuación se presenta, hace parte de la investigación Análisis de la restitución de tierras, bajo los estándares internacionales de reparación integral en el marco del conflicto armado, originado en la necesidad de estudiar los lineamientos legales de la ley de víctimas y la medida de restitución de tierras para examinar el cumplimiento de dicha norma con los estándares internacionales respecto de los derechos de las víctimas, proyecto adelantado por el grupo de investigación Derechos Humanos, Derecho Penal, Derecho Disciplinario Y Garantías Judiciales de la Universidad Libre, sede Bogotá.
