This mysterious confluence comes the assertion that psychology complements the firm's legal department when its position in the preparation of technical studies about specific nuances, guiding the steps of the operator of the law while in transit by cases that the law itself does not address in full, but that are essential to their application as an example, the psychological evaluations.O presente estudo aborda a atual relação interdisciplinar existente entre as ciências da Psicologia e do Direito, buscando como objetivo compreender de que maneira a Psicologia influencia o Direito e, ao mesmo tempo, demonstrar como o Direito necessita da Psicologia. Dessa misteriosa confluência surge a assertiva de que a psicologia complementa o serviço jurídico quando firma seu posicionamento na elaboração de estudos técnicos acerca de nuances específicas, guiando os passos do operador do Direito enquanto transita por casos que o Direito em si não aborda na integralidade, mas que são imprescindíveis a sua aplicação, como, por exemplo, as avaliações psicológicas.El estudio examina la actual relación interdisciplinaria existente entre las ciencias de la Psicología y del Derecho, buscando comprender cómo la Psicología afecta al Derecho y, al mismo tiempo, demostrar cómo el Derecho necesita de la Psicología.
