Summary: The crisis in the global economy has three general explanations: the contemporary liberal theory, the old formula Keynesian and Marxist analysis of the contradictions of capitalism. These explanations are outputs. But the prospect of placing the economy at the service of a caring society does not seem to be part of the exits that are presenting. Once again the public and private sectors join together to maintain the rule of profit. It is supposed that every crisis is accompanied and followed by a wave of restructuring, more or less deep, as the sectors and regions concerned. But unlike the 1930s, the crisis has not brought any significant change, even reformist.
