Summary: This article briefly explains the importance of training and political training to encourage citizen participation, parties� confidence, and to improve quality of representation in political State�s organs. It emphasizes the work of Legislative Assembly to promote electoral system modernization and, in that context, the creation of the Institute of Democracy Formation and Studies (IFED by its abbreviations in Spanish) as an instrument to stimulate political training.
