It is strictly focused on finding intellectual property concepts applied in criminal law, as a legal system that protects the intangible property.El artículo analiza los conceptos que desde la dogmática jurídica se aplican a las decisiones judiciales revisadas por la Sala Penal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia para la protección de los derechos de propiedad intelectual, a partir de la información recolectada de sentencias de dicho tribunal, así como del Tribunal de Justicia de la Comunidad Andina.
