The law reminds the state that it cannot be indifferent to the country�s religious leanings. Practical solutions must be advanced for making Colombia a state having an inter-religious culture which becomes an example for other countries.Embora existam grupos que insistem que não existe um conflito religioso na Colômbia, sendo este um Estado laico, a realidade demonstra o contrário; embora o impacto deste conflito não seja alto, esta presente na vida quotidiana e da mesma forma que um câncer silencioso, devora os corações dos colombianos. Por outra parte a Lei determina ao Estado a não ser indiferente perante os sentimentos religiosos do povo. É necessário propor soluções úteis a fim de fazer da Colômbia um Estado de cultura religiosamente pluralista e exemplo para os outros países.Aunque existen sectores que insisten en que no existe en Colombia un conflicto religioso y que éste es un estado laico, la realidad demuestra lo contrario; aunque el impacto de este conflicto no es alto, está presente en la cotidianidad y como un cáncer silencioso, carcome los corazones de los colombianos. De otro lado la ley le recuerda al Estado que no puede ser indiferente ante los sentimientos religiosos del pueblo.
