AB  - Each generation of lawyers has its challenges and responsibilities.
For the current generation is about the transition from
legal formalism paradigm, typical of the dying era of State - nation,
causing unfair exchange, to fuzzy systemic paradigm, the way for
global village era, solidarity network - based. So it is necessary to recognize
and reconnect the net of social norms, especially, religious,
political and legal norms. A great example of the aggiornamento
tendency is the Americas framework, as it is explained below.
