Sumario: This document analyzes global governance from its characteristics and proposals, finding in the existing literature criticisms about the conceptual flexibility and the shortcomings that it has as theoretical focus. However, its usefulness as transdisciplinary analysis tool creates reflections about the harmonization process of Legal education and practice, particularly in the United States and Europe.
