Summary: The victims of the violence in the Magdalena Department have been silenced by the systematic neglect of the government, of the society in general and of the mass media, which on having established their priorities, do not take into account the permanent suffering of excluded people from society. In this constant, denial and postponement process of the rights of people in condition of forced displacement, the victims of the violence develop internal and external resilience. This article take the general key aspects of research, on memory and resilience that develops the School of Social Communicatios and Journalism from the Universidad Sergio Arbolelda sectional Santa Marta.
