Thus it puts special emphasis on the changes in the remittance to the institution of the registration data and the form of publicizing them.A partir de los conceptos y construcciones prácticas del Derecho Registral Civil, el artículo pretende, de la forma más práctica posible, dar a conocer el nuevo norte del Derecho Registral Civil en nuestro país, al describir los logros, esfuerzos y proyectos que el Tribunal Supremo de Elecciones ha desarrollado al incorporar las nuevas tecnologías en el registro de los hechos vitales.
