AB  - Navigation has played a very important role in the existence of the ribereños towns giving rise special legal norms, being able to affirm that the Admiralty law is as old as the same Right. The ship is the vehicle with which navigation is made and is for that reason, the central position and the capital importance that the concept of ship within the Admiralty law has. Its legal formation and its present consideration will repel inevitably in good part of the legal relations that the Admiralty law tries to order which, as it indicates the doctrine Spanish, intends the "set of legal relations that are born in or they are developed with the sea".
