This paper shows a deep study about the
relationship between the political cinema
and Constitutional Law. It is the result of a
meritorious Teaching and Research Master
thesis, finished in Sergio Arboleda University
at 2008. In this paper is explained the first
chapter of that work with a documentary
analysis of technical books about film and
law. The research was done using four
methods mainly: descriptive, comparative,
analytical and deductive. This paper has
allowed deducing that: 1) Legal education
needs to seek new strategies for teaching skills
training. 2) The film is an innovative resource
in the study of practical issues. 3) The political
cinema motivates to learn about the basics
of constitutional law. 4) The political films
from different countries allow contextualized
critical reflection of the relationship between
Power, State and Society. |
