Estado de derecho: del modelo formal al sustancial
This article shows the discussion about the two dominant visions on rule of law. In that sense defines the formal understanding of the rule of law, raising its limitations. Secondly, does an overview of substantial analysis of rule of law, which includes its democratic and constitutional dimensions.
