It also analyzes the classification of risks and the different criteria internationally used for risk allocation. Finally, it presents some guidelines that should be taken into account to make a proper allocation of risks in construction contracts.El contrato de construcción por la naturaleza de sus prestaciones está sometido a las contingencias de múltiples riesgos, que pueden generar una mayor onerosidad o incluso la imposibilidad de su ejecución. En el presente artículo, se presenta un concepto amplio de riesgo, y posteriormente se restringirá para analizarlo con un sentido más próximo al contrato de construcción. Asimismo, se analizan las clasificaciones del riesgo y los diferentes criterios utilizados en el ámbito internacional para su distribución.
