AB  - Through this article I wanted to make a theoretical
analysis of a particular case, it is specifically
the crisis of illegal harvesting of resources
by the so-called �illegal sensor� of money in
Colombia, the crisis that exploded in November
2008. In this regard I have two goals with
my essay a general and specific, on one hand I
have to analyze a case study from the theory to
have conclusions in this matter from different
conceptions of the authors in recent months;
Moreover, more generally, the goal is to prove
that the inquiries are not theoretical gaseous
stuck in the stratosphere, but on the contrary,
they are useful and can have effects in practice
and legal reality.
