In this regard I have two goals with my essay a general and specific, on one hand I have to analyze a case study from the theory to have conclusions in this matter from different conceptions of the authors in recent months; Moreover, more generally, the goal is to prove that the inquiries are not theoretical gaseous stuck in the stratosphere, but on the contrary, they are useful and can have effects in practice and legal reality.Por medio de este artículo he querido hacer un análisis teórico de un caso particular, se trata concretamente de la crisis de la captación ilegal de recursos por parte de las denominadas �captadoras ilegales� de dinero en Colombia, crisis que explotó en el mes de noviembre de 2008. En ese sentido tengo dos objetivos con mi ensayo uno general y otro específico; por una parte tengo como objetivo analizar un caso práctico desde la teoría para tener conclusiones en ese tema a partir de las concepciones de los diferentes autores estudiados en los últimos meses; y por otra parte de manera más general el objetivo es demostrar que las indagaciones teóricas no son gaseosas pegadas en la estratosfera, sino por el contrario son útiles y pueden tener efectos en la práctica y realidad jurídica.Universidad Militar Nueva Granada2009text (article)application/pdfhttps://dialnet.unirioja.es/servlet/oaiart?codigo=3401830(Revista) ISSN 0121-182XRevista Prolegómenos.
