From this judgment a complete analysis of the procedure is done until today and, with a contextualization background of the decision issued in the delimitation between Nicaragua and Honduras on October 8, 2007, are reviewed a series of scenarios of the International Law that allow to the reader to obtain conclusions on what it approaches to future in this process.
