Laburpena: This article will support the hypothesis that fascism, as an authoritarian and dehumanizing model, finds its beginning in liberal theories of Modern Liberal State. The Trivialization of Evil, which caused the Nazi Holocaust, rather than an accident of history is shown as the consummation of liberal theory itself, considering how, from their origins, the Modern State and the Kingdom of Rational Law are born linked to a model of instrumental rationality whose expansive nature condemns them to their colonization and, with it, to the exhaustion of their human content.
