The present study describes these developments with emphasis on political and economic conditions that have enabled this development to what is now called: Judicial Revolution or the Government of JudgesCondenado en sus orígenes a servir como “boca de la ley”, el poder judicial al interior de la tradición continental ha venido reclamando espacios de participación cada vez mas relevantes a nivel político, social y económico; cobrando un protagonismo que permite pensar, que sí el siglo XIX fue el sigo de los parlamentos, el siglo XX el de los presidencialismos, el siglo XXI será el siglo del poder judicial.
