The restorative justice is a justice of consensus, of participation in the solution of the conflict originated with the crime for all his affected ones. The new code of penal procedure, in our legislation, include this form of justice in three mechanisms: conciliation preprocesal, conciliation in the incident of integral repair and the mediation for the crimes investigables of trade. To know about the application and development of this procedural institution, it turns out to be fundamental to know since it is regulated in other countries, this is, to come to the compared right, and is precisely what raised in the present clause.
