AB  - This article provides a description of the term Mobbing,
also considered as psychological harassment in the
organization, and the way it affects the worker�s
labor performance by considerably diminishing his/
her efficiency and deteriorating his/her physical
and mental health; what can be interpreted as an
increment of health costs and labor absence, specially
considering the progressive psychological impairment
it causes.
Labor harassment is defined any habitual behavior,
usually from a person in a high position, with
the purpose of discrediting, discrediting or being
thoughtless towards an individual or individuals in
front of his/her social labor group.
