Labor harassment is defined any habitual behavior, usually from a person in a high position, with the purpose of discrediting, discrediting or being thoughtless towards an individual or individuals in front of his/her social labor group.Este artículo presenta una descripción del concepto del mobbing o acoso psicológico en las organizaciones y de la manera como afecta la capacidad laboral del trabajador, disminuyendo considerablemente su eficiencia, deteriorando la salud física y mental del empleado; lo que se traduce en un incremento de los costos en salud y ausencias laborales, que se presentan por el deterioro psicológico progresivo.
