Naturaleza de la Corte Constitucional Colombiana
Summary: The purpose of this paper is to show the results and conclusions drawn in the research study titled �Nature of the Colombian Constitutional Court�, whose general objective is to determine the nature of this juridical institution. To achieve this, the 1991 National Constituent Assembly debates were revised and studied, as well as the national doctrine and the way it conceives the Nature of the Constitutional Court. Finally, a jurisprudential line was established, together with a dynamic and static analysis of the precedent about the Constitutional Court Competence.
