Consequently, this article will describe these representations and the morphology of the successive legal and political paradigms during the Restoration, the Second Spanish Republic and the early years of Franco�s regime, as well as the role assigned to the constitutional law professor within these paradigms.La historia constitucional cuenta con un aspecto doctrinal compuesto básicamente de las representaciones que sobre la Constitución, la política, el Estado y la legitimidad del poder realizaba el discurso jurídico.
