The text presents the antecedents and the actual situation of the protection of the indigenous jurisdiction and refers the most important jurisprudential position respect the indigenous autonomy, and the reciprocal incidence are the diversity, identity, ethnical cosmovision and the respect by the fundamental principles and rights.Estudio sobre la incidencia recíproca entre la jurisdicción constitucional y la jurisdicción especial indígena en relación con la autonomía y la libre determinación de los pueblos indígenas, en el marco de las discusiones de interaccionismo cultural: integracionismo cultural y pluriculturalismo, sustento del monismo y el pluralismo jurídico respectivamente.
