In fact this work is a reflection that wants to build elements to understand the nature of the crisis right in peripheral societies. To that end, intends to build some elements of analysis to understand the nature of law and its crisis in the contemporary social organization. Here we see that the lawfulness of social relations not only committed to subject as an essential part of the legal system as a whole but, simultaneously, the law has the ability to form and establish both formal characteristics of these materials. In other words, law is an active component in the formation of subjectivity. In this process, the law participates through the organization of space and socially constructed space, in the internalization and control of the social nature of the subjects. However, it warms that on this homework that aims to accomplish the law are many social coping strategies that disrupt or temporarily suspending its purposes. The reappropriation of the subjects in the double stage production of its own subjectivity and reorganization of social space within new and emerging affirm their subjective production, may lead to social areas of production of new social relations.
