AB  - The present work gives a glimpse to the problem, legislative solution
and risks of the regulatory framework of grisu gas, from a brief refl ection
on the efforts to differentiate this Gaseous Hydrocarbon from the
rest protected by the Federal Constitution, to the concretion of the Ley
Minero y la Reglamentaria en el ramo del Petroleo reform, to regulate
self-consume and to deliver the gas associated to the deposits of mineral
carbon. It outlines the imposed charges to the Federal Executive to the need of, ecologically and rationally seize that energetic resource, as well of the fi rst draft of the regulation that has not yet been approved.
