AB  - On february 18 th. of 1703 died in Madrid the italian gentleman Baltasar Porro, who arrived to capital of the catholic monarchy as general agent of the State of Milan, in 1672. The arrivad of Baltasar Porro to the Court of Charles II should have been motivated for issues related with the administration of the duchy of Milan, fief since XVI century the spanish House of Austria.
