AB  - This paper analyses the main characteristics of the bilateral agreements on immigration matters signed between Spain and African States. The author examines especially the Agreements on readmission of persons in an irregular situation and the clauses on readmission, that are included within the Frame Agreement on immigration cooperation (a.k.a. «new generation agreements») signed between Spain and different Countries of Africa.
