AB  - This paper reflects on the current need of graduates in Industrial Relations -Labour Sciences, Science Labor and Human Resources and Social Graduates- of knowing the social reality around them in the development of their professional activity. Taking as a starting point of career opportunities in the White Paper set out the title-Grade conducted in 2005 by the ANECA, we present the basic features of the research process and the skills involved in it, proposing a guideline to be applied to sociolaboral research.
