AB  - The text below shows the regulation processing of the economic integration main basic essentials: freedom to provide services in Member States territory and national negotiation principle. Both principles regulation debates about the need for balance between restrictions prohibition on freedom to provide services and general services protection. According to the Commission, general services "would make rich life quality overcoming citizens's social alienation". Then, the text states the debate between institutions considering services liberation and the protection of an European society model. The contents of this debate, Bolkenstein's proposal and amendments carried out by the European Parliament are available in the Commission Green book and White book.
