Como subtemas se delimita el concepto de responsabilidad penal y su ausencia. Se estudian las principales teorías a cerca de la relación tipicidad-antijuridicidad y su incidencia en el derecho penal colombiano. Por último contiene una propuesta acerca de cómo deberían agruparse las causales del art. 32 C.
